Updates to Matlantis™ Terms of Use (Effective 2023.2.1)

The new updates toMatlantis™ Terms of Use will go into effect on February 1, 2023.

In summary, we will :

・Add provisions regarding prohibition of use outside the permitted countries/regions and use for the
　purpose of development of weapons of mass destruction, etc. (Paragraph 1 or Article 3, Article 21)
・Add provision regarding audit by Licensor (Article 4-2)
・Improve the clarity of the language
