Matlantis will be speaking at the Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan Division A Researcher Training Seminar, "Practical Seminar to Accelerate Research with AI and English."

Yuta Aoki of Matlantis Co., Ltd.'s Technical Solutions Department will be speaking at the Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan's Fundamentals, Materials and General Division (Division A) Researcher Training Seminar, "Practical Seminar to Accelerate Research with AI and English - A Practical Course for Young Researchers, Students and Engineers," to be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at Matlantis Corporation Niigata Prefecture).

This seminar is a practical course focusing on the application of AI and machine learning in research and development, and the English language skills needed to disseminate research results internationally.

In recent years, opportunities to utilize AI technologies such as machine learning and simulation have been expanding in research and development fields, including materials science and physical properties research. On the other hand, in order to disseminate research results to the world and collaborate with researchers and engineers overseas, English presentation and communication skills are also important.

This seminar will consist of two parts: Part 1, "Accelerating Research and Development with AI," and Part 2, "Collaborative Development and Implementation of Engineering English Teaching Materials." It will introduce approaches to incorporating AI and machine learning into research and development, examples of materials and physical properties research that integrate AI and simulation, and the development and implementation of teaching materials utilizing CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) to improve the English proficiency of engineering personnel.

Matlantis will be in charge of Part 1, "Accelerating Research and Development with AI," where he will give a lecture on materials and physical property research utilizing the potential of general-purpose machine learning.
