Update to Matlantis™ Terms of Use and Service Specification (Effective 2024.4.1 JST)
The following updates to Matlantis™ Terms of Use and Matlantis™ Service Specification
will go into effect on April 1, 2024 (JST).
The main changes are as follows：
Matlantis™ Terms and Conditions
- Clarification of when the contract based on the Matlantis Terms of Use is conclud ed (Article 2.1, Article 13).
- Clarification of matters relating to compliance with applicable laws and regulation s in relation to the use of the Service (Article 3.1).
- Specifies the attribution of output data by the customer (Article 7.1).
- Special provisions relating to the free version (free trial) plan are added (Article 2 2.2).
- Other changes to wording for clarity (Article 8.8, Article 9.2, etc.)
Matlantis™ Service Specification
- The name of the helpdesk changed to ‘Technical Support’.
- Clarified how to contact technical support and the scope of support.
- Added information regarding the support for users of the free trial version.
- Changes due to additional server locations
- Other changes to wording for clarity
