Abstract

Bringing two-dimensional materials into semiconductor manufacturing is increasingly expected to rely on direct, low-temperature ALD, yet challenges remain, including the formation of interfaces with oxides. This talk presents how atomistic simulations with Matlantis PFP can be used to approach these challenges.
