Matlantis™ Terms of Use Revision Notice (Revision date: February 1, 2022)

Thank you for using Matlantis.

We have decided to revise some of the contents of the Matlantis™ Terms of Use.

The main changes are as follows:

・Definitions of input data and output data are specified (Article 8, Paragraph 1)

- Clarification of the subject matter of intellectual property rights (Article 7)

- Clarification of confidential information management methods (Article 8)

- Details regarding the handling of damages are specified (Article 11)

・Specify the handling upon termination of the contract (Article 13, Paragraph 2)

- Deletion of special provisions related to the free version

・The official language of the Terms of Use is defined as "Japanese" (Article 20)

- Description of export controls (Article 21)

- Other changes to make the wording easier to understand (Article 3)
