Matlantis Provision Environment

Matlantis provides a dedicated cloud-based computing environment for each customer that combines security and flexibility. Within this dedicated tenant, we provide comfortable operability through Jupyter Notebook, high-speed calculations with powerful GPU resources, and secure data sharing and management. We propose optimal package plans that include the required computing resources and user access depending on the customer's research and development structure and scale of use.

• Jupyter Notebook Computing Environment: Basically, one computing environment is assigned to each user, and the number of environments provided depends on the contract plan.
• Group Drive environment: One drive environment is assigned to each tenant. Capacity varies depending on the plan.
• Tokens: A unit measuring the amount of PFP inference available per unit of time, shared within a tenant (explained below).

Understanding the "Token" System

Matlantis provides the maximum amount of inference possible per unit time in units of "tokens". The more tokens you supply, the more calculations you can perform on a larger system. Tokens are shared among tenants, and the total token consumption of each user is the tenant's token consumption. The balance between the token supply rate and consumption rate determines the calculation throughput. We estimate the amount of tokens you need based on your average calculation scale and frequency, and incorporate it into your plan.

From the time you contact us until you start using Matlantis, we value communication with our customers and strive to ensure a smooth implementation process. The standard process is as follows:

Step 1: Contact us

First, please contact us via this website.
We will ask you about your purpose of use and expected scale, and propose the optimal plan, including specific pricing information.

Step 2: Evaluation & Trial Period

If necessary, we will provide a trial environment equivalent to the production environment. During the trial, technical members will conduct a preliminary interview and discussion, and we will also provide initial training and support during the trial period. We will clarify the items to be verified and allow you to enter into a contract only after you are satisfied.

Step 3: Full Contract

You can start using it immediately after signing up. If you sign up for a plan with the same environment as the trial environment, you can continue to use the same environment.
