Q. I can’t log in to my account. What should I do?
Are you a registered user in the organization you are working for? Before you use Matlantis™, you need to be invited by your organization’s administrator. Contact the administrator in your organization.
Have you completed your registration? You need to sign up from the URL link in the invitation email.
Are you logging in with the same account you used when you signed up? Matlantis uses Open ID Connect. Log in with the account of the ID provider (Google or Microsoft) that you used for signing up.
Is it a valid account? You cannot log in with a suspended or deleted account. Please ask the administrator of your organization if your account is valid.
Q. Is Matlantis shut down?
