Customer success engineer
- Description
We are looking to hire technical members responsible for the customer success of Matlantis, a SaaS service provided by PFCC.
With the mission of "exploring the creation of innovative materials for a sustainable world," PFCC provides Matlantis, a versatile calculation engine, to help customers accelerate the development of new materials and the elucidation of their mechanisms.
Traditionally, first-principles calculations have not been able to perform a large number of trials due to their large computational cost. In the materials industry, it is common to discover materials through experimentation first and then perform first-principles calculations to elucidate phenomena later.
With Matlantis, the versatility and speed of Matlantis can be used to shorten the time required to validate experimental results in a variety of areas and to present promising candidates before experimentation.
PFCC offers Matlantis as SaaS. We do not only sell software licenses, but also accompany our clients to achieve real results by using Matlantis (customer success), which requires not only assistance in using Matlantis, but also technical expertise in discussing modeling and simulation methods, case studies, and other technical explanations. An explanation is also required. In addition, the project will support the customer's DX promotion.
Since the start of our business in July 2021, we have received interest from customers in a variety of industries, and we are receiving cutting-edge issues regarding the application of materials, the phenomena we handle, and the calculation methods, all of which will provide us with a variety of experiences. We are looking forward to receiving applications from enthusiastic individuals who are willing to learn and work in this challenging environment.
