Updates to Matlantis™ Terms of Use (Effective 2022.2.1)

The new updates to Matlantis™ Terms of Use will go into effect on February 1, 2022.

In summary, we will:

・Clarify the definition of Input data and Output data (Article 8 (1))

・Clarify the subject for Ownership of Intellectual Property Rights (Article 7) 

・Clarify how to handle Confidential Information (Article 8)

・Clarify the details of Compensation for Damages(Article 11)

・Clarify actions for contract termination (Article 13 (2))

・Delete the Special Provisions Concerning the Free Version clause

・Define Japanese as the original language of Matlantis Terms of Use (Article 20）

・Add a clause about export control management (Article 21)

・Improve the clarity of the language（Article 3）
